Long time no write :)
Well, finally I have some time to write. This time I wanna write about what happen to me few days back. Finally I applied for my scholarship in Australia, trough Australia Award Scholarship ato yang dulu dibilang Australia Development Scholarship (ADS). Right now, I am waiting for the announcement. They will send a letter, which means I am able to proceed to the next step. The next step is IELTS test and interview, The final result will be announced on January next year.
So, while I'm waiting for that scholarship, I applied for GIP (Global Internship Program) by AIESEC. I knew this program from my sister. She said that her colleague, joined that program and she went to Rusia this year. Well, actually she just came home last April this year, If I'm not mistaken. Frankly, I dont know the whole thing about GIP. All I know is, that is one of AIESEC program and it will give me more experience in working.
I choose Finland as my place to have internship. Why? Coz Finland has the best education system in the world. As a teacher, I am so curious about the way the teachers assess the students. As I heard, children do not go to school at such a young age. And every year the students have three months holiday for summer. No review, no test. So, actually, how the teacher assess the students.
I have done the interview last week on Monday via Skype. The interviewee is an Asian woman, her nick name is PuiKi. She is nice. And since that was my first time I had interview via Skype, it actually made me nervous. Then, I forgot to ask when she will give the announcement.
Oh, Allah, I hope that the school will say yes to me. So that, I can gain more knowledge and experiences in dealing with students. Aamiin.
