Heidi said that she loves teaching because she like to interact with people. In her opinion, every class is different, different hours (level) of teaching. Her dad is a teacher too. I think she get the influence of teaching from her dad :).
HOW TO FACE THE STUDENTS?
Heidi suggests to keep them busy, change the subject every 10-15 minutes. Because students are very easy to get bored. So, as a teacher, make sure that you have many plans to keep them busy. The tune of voice is very important. the up and down voice are very helpful to get the students attention. In a first week meeting, you have to make rules. For instance, if they do not do their homework what punishment they get. If they punching or kicking in the class, what children should do. If there's no rule, they will try to tease you by making annoying things.
